Governance
Our corporate governance structure delivers the same level of assurance provided by banks.
It is designed to ensure client interests are placed first, by providing a robust and comprehensive approach to effectively manage decision-making and oversight.
Our active and engaged Board of nine non-executive directors provide strategic leadership across the business, working collectively and through six committees which include:
- Risk
- Investment
- Audit
- Remuneration
- Cash Fund Compliance
- Trustee Compliance
At a management level, the Chief Executive Officer heads a matrix based on geography and service line, with specialist heads accountable for client service and areas of technical excellence. A central Legal, Risk, Compliance and Governance function supports the Board and Leadership team and provides guidance and oversight across the Firm.
We are regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), the Australian Transactions Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC), the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB), amongst others.
